Step 1.

Skip step 2 if you already obtained a Belviq savings card and go to step 3.

Step 3.

Once you have a prescription for Belviq, obtained a savings card (sometimes you get the Belviq Savings Card at the doctors office), you need to activate it.

Note that you would be ineligible for the manufacturer savings card if you answered yes to any of the questions related to any government funded insurance program such as Medicare, Medicaid or the like. Diet is still very important with Belviq!

• Contraindicated if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. If you become pregnant while taking lorcaserin, call your doctor immediately. Lorcaserin may harm your unborn baby.
• Caution with sickle cell anemia (a disease of the red blood cells), multiple myeloma (cancer of the plasma cells), or leukemia (cancer of the white blood cells); a condition that affects the shape of the penis such as angulation, cavernosal fibrosis, or Peyronie’s disease; diabetes; heart failure, slow or irregular heartbeat, or other heart problems; or liver or kidney disease.
• Do not breastfeed while taking lorcaserin.
• If you are having surgery, tell your surgeon you are taking lorcaserin.
• Lorcaserin may cause drowsiness and difficulty paying attention or remembering information. Do not drive a car or operate machinery until you know how this medication affects you.
